(Murder

By Horace J. Digby --
SandBagger News
Rutherglen Mansion will again rattle
with the naughty tale of intrigue, drama, comedy and MURDER,
as Murder on the Rails returns to
The Mansion tonight, February 28, March 13, 14, 19 and 20th, after sold out performances earlier
this season.
The all-star cast
will again include Doug York, Meiko
Mitchell, Gregg Campbell and J. Omar Daggy,
with music by Bill Booth. Krista
Miller from the original California cast will join the
Northwest cast for some performances.
It is 1943 and America is about to enter
THE WAR. But we need a way to get our airplanes
into the air. Crack-pot Professor Mashuganah
(J. Omar Daggy) and his effervescent daughter Millie (Meiko
Mitchell) may have the solution. But before they can
demonstrate their contraption a dastardly
card-sharp named Rob DaNickles (Doug York), steals the
Professor's railroad, and Millie falls in love with Biff
Wellington (Gregg Campbell), the man in uniform sent by the
government to test the invention. Then mounting mayhem
leads to Murder on the Rails.
